Yes, there is an option of “Schedule Later” on the website.

  • Yes. You can use “Schedule Later” option while purchasing. After you have purchased you can schedule the lab from your “My Courses” dashboard.
  • Also when you buy using  “ Buy Complete Course”  option, all the labs are automatically marked to be “Scheduled Later”

  • Online Labs course contains multiple lab modules. 
  • You can individually buy Online Lab Modules or Buy Online Labs Course. If you enroll in “Online Labs Course” all the labs in the course are added to the “My Courses ”dashboard. Also there may get some pre-read material/assessments/elearning course when you buy complete online labs course.

  • Yes. You can use “Buy Complete Course” option. All the labs in the course are added to your shopping cart. However , scheduling the labs have to be done individual before or after the purchase

Off course it is possible. Select the checkbox against the lab you want to buy > Schedule it Later or Schedule Now  and then pay to enroll.

  • Your time zone is automatically selected when you schedule a lab. However, if there is some difference between your actual timezone and the one which is automatically selected, you can use the dropdown in the scheduling window to select the correct timezone

  • While scheduling a lab you need to select the START TIME of your lab .Our system divides the time in 30 mins slots. For Eg : If you want to schedule a lab of 4 hour duration to start at 3:30 PM you need to select 15:30 . The system will block rest of the time slots automatically.

  • Our system divides the time in 30 mins slots. So a 16:00 hrs timeslot will give you access to lab from 16:00 hrs to 16:30 hrs.

  • Yes. You  need to do the lab within 6 months of purchase. You may still be able to do the lab after that but Cognitel provides no service assurance for the same.

  • You can use a desktop or laptop with configuration as :
  • CPU – Dual Core and higher
  • RAM – 2 Gb and higher
  • Java Installed
  • Browser – Chrome (Recommended) , Firefox (OK) , Internet Explorer (NOT recommended)

  • You need atleast 1 mbps of broadband connection to access the labs. If you are using your mobile hotspot to connect to internet, you would need to have 3G enabled on your phone.

  • Yes, but the labs need to be rescheduled atleast 6 hours before the initially scheduled time. The lab can be rescheduled from your course dashboard.

  • Click on “Restart Lab Console” tab on the Lab Panel window. If it still doesn’t work, wait for 2-3 minutes and try again.

  • Normally Launch Vlab link automatically appears at the scheduled time. If it doesn’t, refresh the webpage to see the link.

  • Probably the pop up blocker of your webpage blocked the instructions window. Disable the popup blocked of the webpage or click on “Module Instructions” tab

  • There may be times where equipments may behave differently that what is shown in the instructions. After all, they aren’t humans J . Make your best guess. If you still can’t figure out write to us , stating your problem in detail at support@cognitel.com

  • Oops. The Lab console is a remote desktop with fixed dimensions. It can’t be made full screen.
  • PS: We are still trying to figure out a workaround.

  • This is timeslot we kept for administrators to bring back equipment to its shape for the next student to Login. Although it shows while scheduling the course but your course will finish at the scheduled time.

  • Unfortunately you can’t do the lab you missed. You would have to purchase the module again. However if you know beforehand that you wont be available to do the lab during the scheduled time, you can reschedule it 6 hours before the lab start time.

  • The labs have feedback and assessments as a part of them. You would be awarded a completion certificate if you do the complete lab module and submit feedback form.

  • Yes, the completion certificate would be provided on submission of feedback form available at the end of lab instructions .

  • You can only select the slots for current date. Next days slots are meant for the course time spill over to next day. If you want to schedule the course in next day’s slot change the date to next day and try again

  • We have tried hard to make our systems flawless but machines are sometimes weird. And we know that. Click on Restart Lab Console tab on the main window, and the console will reload.
  • This solves the problem almost all the times. For other times, write a mail to support@cognitel.com

Go to “Login” > Enter your “Username” and “Password” and Submit > Click on “My Course” on the top of webpage > In your Dashboard click on “view course ” against your course details.
